Introduction
EQUS invites Proponents to submit non-binding quotations for Line Hardware and Electrical Utility Parts Supply (“Proponent-s Submission”).
No legal relationship or obligation regarding the RFQ shall be created between a Proponent and EQUS until successful negotiation and execution of a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement and a fixed goods agreement between the successful Proponent(s) and EQUS. Information provided in a Proponent-s Submission will be non-binding prior to the execution of any forthcoming agreements between EQUS and a Proponent.
Any information contained in a Proponent-s Submission to this RFQ will be assessed during the evaluation of the responses and ranking of the Proponents. Any inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information contained in a Proponent-s Submission to this RFQ could adversely impact any such evaluation or ranking of a Proponent, and may result in a Proponent-s Submission being disqualified from consideration.
Background and Scope
EQUS invites Proponents to submit non-binding quotations for Line Hardware and Electrical Utility Parts Supply as specified in the Materials List Form attached as Appendix “A” to this RFQ (the “Materials List”).
EQUS reserves the right to split the award of the RFQ between one or more Proponents, at its sole discretion. The successful Proponent(s) will be required to enter into a fixed goods agreement with EQUS for an initial one (1) year term with possible extensions, at EQUS-...
