• This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Supply & Installation of a Weigh Scale at The Blue Mountains Landfill Site, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
  The Town requires a second scale in order to have dedicated in and out-bound scales. The Weigh Scale System to be installed through this tender will be the out-bound scale and shall operate with the existing scale and software.
  The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labour, services and incidentals necessary for supply, delivery, installation, integration, testing, calibration, certification and commissioning of the Weigh Scale System and associated electronic equipment.
