- This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for Supply & Installation of High Lift Pumps at the Thornbury Water Treatment Plant, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
