Tender are invited for Supply & Installation of Hydraulic Lift Gate
Project Description : 1) This RFQ is open to all interested Suppliers.2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the Supply & Install of dump though and flatbed hydraulic lift gates to be installed on City owned vehicle.3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4) It is The City-s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
