TENDER 2025-12 SUPPLY, INSTALL, METAL CLADDING OVER SOUTH SHOP WALL Specifications Required: - Supply and install new metal cladding over south shop wall. Cladding to be a color that closely matches the other walls of the building and to be minimum 24 guage high rib cladding. - Installation requiresstrapping existing wall, supplying and installing all base and top flashings and sealing them to prevent any water damage, as well as corner flashings as required. - Install proper flashing and seal around wall mounted lights and electrical outlets. - Install proper flashing and seal around existingman door - Remove and reinstall existing eavestroughing and downspouts. - Travel costs to and from site from start to completion of project. - Supply any manlifts or scaffolding or mobile equipment required for the project. - Provide all warranty specifications. - Contractors must carry up to dateWCB coverage and commercial general liability insurance. - Provide all resources and equipment required to meet OH&S regulations. *Please indicate anticipated completion date for project*.
