- Description:
- The City of Charlottetown, on behalf of the Capital Area Transit Coordinating Committee (CATCC) requests Proposals for the manufacture and delivery of 40- diesel public transit buses in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP. Proponents can bid on the supply and delivery of up to ten (10) buses in 2026. The City requests delivery of four (4) buses to Charlottetown, PEI by the end of March 2026 and the remaining six (6) by the end of December 2026. If the Proponent is unable to deliver four (4) buses to Charlottetown, PEI by the end of March 2026 or six (six) buses by the end of December 2026, the Proponent should specify the earliest delivery date and quantity to be delivered on the line provided on the Quote Form.
