Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for supply & delivery of three (3) vehicles for CYFS as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.

Proponents are encouraged to ask questions in advance regarding desired size of vehicle to ensure compatibility with CYFS requirements. CYFS is currently exploring a mid-large size SUV.

As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.

NOTE: In accordance with legislated requirements the successful proponents name and Subtotal Contract Amount will be publicized on the Owner-s Bid Opportunities portal following the issuance of the Notice of Award to the successful proponent.
