- Tender are invited for Supply & Delivery of Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts and Maintenance Services on John Deere Equipment ()
Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) required an authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) Supplier capable of performing Maintenance and Repair services on City owned John Deere branded equipment (“Units”) that operate throughout The City. The Supplier will also be required to provide OEM parts when required, both on demand and to be stocked within City inventory. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
