Specialized environmental monitoring and lab equipment needed to support Conservation Halton-s Science and Monitoring program. The intention of this solicitation is to craft a (VOR) Vendor of Record (pre-qualified) roster wherein CH can hire a primary and secondary vendor to support its needs for a three year duration (plus two, one-year renewals options).
The Quotations will be reviewed, evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by Conservation Halton to complete orders.
