Tender are invited for Supply & Delivery of Generators

Tender Details SCOPE
This invitation to Tender is for the supply and delivery of 22kw 120/240v, 1-Phase, Propane, Enclosed Genset with DM4 Generators and Other Size Generators for the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.

The contract shall extend for two (2) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon written agreement from both parties.

SPECIFICATIONS

EQUIVALENT OR BETTER PRODUCTS MAY BE CONSIDERED.

Bidders MUST indicate their own product numbers if they are not the same as those in
the tender.

Specifications will be required if vendors are quoting an item that is equivalent or better other than the indicated products. Best overall value will be determined at the sole discretion of the Government of New Brunswick and all such decisions are final.

This is an estimated quantity contract to meet the specifications described in the attached document.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The intent is to award to the overall lowest compliant bid received that meets or exceeds the specifications for each of the items listed. Interested Vendors must bid upon all items. Partial Bids will not be accepted.
