Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 1702626-24The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide pricing for assorted leather products.Submission RequirementsQuotations must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System (https://www.merx.com/).For assistance in using MERX, please contact MERX directly at 1-800-964-MERX or visit the MERX website at www.merx.com/. Bidders are to submit their Quotation through the MERX EBS System prior to 1:00:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday June 5th, 2024.Scope of Work and SpecificationsTPS is seeking a qualified bidder to supply and deliver the various of leather products identified below; Sam Browne Belt; Cross Strap; Belt Keepers; Wallet ID cases, Patent Belt; Motorcycle Leggings; O/C Spray Holder; and Baton Holder. An estimated quantity of the number of items purchased per year is listed in the Appendix - B Fee Summary Form.xslx. Samples may be requested after the bids are closed to ensure compatibility for the Unit.Term of the ContractThe initial contract term shall be for one (1) year, commencing after the successful completion of security background checks of assigned vendor personnel and TPSB approvals.
