  Detailed_Description : Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Gas Chromatograph with a Flame Ionization and Electron Capture Detectors
  Scope of Work : The Ministry One (1) Gas Chromatograph with a Flame Ionization and Electron Capture Detectors (GC/FID/ECD system)One (1) GC/FID/ECD system is required by the Organic Contaminants Section of the Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) of the Ministry to meet the analysis needs of Environmental Science and Standards Division and Drinking Water and Compliance Division of the Ministry for both routine and legal sample analysis. The GC/FID/ECD system will be used by the Ministry to meet the requirements of routine, high data quality and high volume sample analysis. The GC/FID/ECD system is required to have state-of-the-art features to support activities related to Ontario Regulation 153/04: Records of Site Condition - Part XV.1 of the Act, made under the Environmental Protection Act, Regulation 362: Waste Management - PCB's, made under the Environmental Protection Act, inspection and method development to meet requirements of setting guidelines/regulations and LaSB-s reference centre activities.
