Synopsis: This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of the supply, delivery, and installation of new Behavioral Health Furniture for Urban Camp, Saskatoon Correctional Centre (SCC), 941 60th Street East, Saskatoon, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
Additional Information:
The supply, delivery, installation, and removal of shipping material and clean-up of detention furniture, including mounting and anchoring hardware, which is suitable for a high security detention centre setting. Unloading of the delivered goods on-site, including all labour and materials used for handling equipment necessary to perform these services; the facility is not equipped with a loading dock; Work with GOS officials or their representatives to coordinate logistics for the delivery date; Replace items damaged during supply, delivery, and installation at no additional cost; Remove all surplus materials, tools, equipment and debris post-delivery; Meet the detailed specifications for the furnishings as detailed in Appendix C - Specification Sheets; Target delivery, installation of furnishings and site clean-up is March 31, 2023; All pricing provided by Propo...
