Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Supply, Crush, Load, Haul and Application of Granular ‘M- Maintenance Gravel, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Town-s Roads & Drainage Division requires the supply, crush, load, haul and application of approximately 35,000 tonnes of Granular ‘M- Maintenance Gravel to gravel roads in the jurisdiction of the Town.
The Granular ‘M- maintenance gravel supplied shall be produced by crushing only materials derived from quarried bedrock, boulders, cobbles, gravel, or other naturally formed deposits and not include reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), reclaimed concrete material (RCM), glass, metal slag, or other recycled materials. The supplied gravel shall otherwise conform to OPSS 1001 and OPSS.MUNI 1010.
