Description : ACCES is requesting proposals from a manufacturer or an authorized reseller to qualify as a nonexclusive vendor to supply the items listed below, on an as needed basis. The successful proponent will be invited to enter into an agreement with ACCES for a period of 12 months upon execution of the agreement. At ACCES- discretion, the agreement may be extended. • hardware (laptops and desktop computers) • peripherals (monitors, docking stations, etc.), and • accessories (keyboards, mouse either wired or wireless, USB hubs, stands, headphones, cables, etc.) Our preferred brand for hardware is Lenovo; however, we are open to other brands, provided that all hardware supplied will be from the same brand throughout the term of the agreement. We estimate an annual purchase of 70 laptops and 30 desktop computers. The manufacturer or the authorized reseller, must be a certified/authorized service centre and be able to provide a minimum of 3 years on-site warranty for the equipment.
