The Toronto District School Board intends to secure contracts with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Caretaking Products for all TDSB schools, Distribution Centre and Administrative Sites.
Pricing to be firm for a three (3) year period commencing May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2028. Option to extend for three (3) additional twelve(12) month periods ending April 30, 2031. The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. Theterms and conditions of the extension options would remain the same as the initial contract period.
