Description : This RFP provides an opportunity to a Local Supply Provider (LSP) to enter into a negotiated agreement for the purchase of their branded sports apparel, promotional items and related products and accessories for the University of Ottawa (uOttawa-s) women-s and men-s teams using a Brand Name Company. Also, under this agreement both parties will have an opportunity to develop a relationship that grants increased visibility and marketing opportunities to brand name and the LSP (as indicated in this RFP) in exchange of the best value added offer for three or more years. The current LSP agreement for goods & services expires in December 2022, however, it is the intention of the University to secure a new agreement prior to the ordering period in the fall of 2022. This is to ensure minimal delays and implementation of goods & services. uOttawa-s objective is to provide our teams/players with top brand name apparel and to develop a relationship that would be beneficial to uOttawa, the local service providers, and the brand name supplier.
