Description:
The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents to supply, implement and support a SaaS-based recruitment testing system that allows the City to select specific tests for each candidate. The City is interested in moving forward with robust testing that meets today-s needs and reflects today-s workplace requirements. The technology solution to support this should have both, customer-facing and staff-facing portals, provide robust reporting metrics and ease of use on any of client-s computers. The City-s preference is for a cloud-based platform which respects the British Columbia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FOIPPA”), and should adhere to the City-s security protocols. Further details are captured in the requirements appendices of this RFP.
The City intends to deploy the solution in a phased approach, with pay-per-use testing and moving to creating testing content for City use. The City has long-used testing platforms and is exploring best-in-class services and fees. With technology consistently changing, it-s vital that the City selects a platform that can keep up with changes in software and technology, while making their product user friendly for both, the City and end-users.
