Description : This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by the University of Waterloo (“UW”) on behalf of UW-s Centre for Ocular Research & Education (CORE) to prospective Suppliers to submit pricing proposals, indicating their organizations capability and resources for the provision of eye models including blink platforms and also including but not limited to all related parts, consumables and monthly service and maintenance, for research purposes as further described in Appendix B - Bid Form. The objective of this RFP is to Award and execute an Agreement to solidify the supply and pricing for all items as described herein with a Successful Supplier(s) for a period of three (3) years with options to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at UW-s sole discretion.
