- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations to supply and install Roller Shades at ten (10) facilities, as further described in Section A - the Deliverables of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
