This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, tools and equipment for the installation of a new specified roof system and related components totaling approximately 29,000 square feet (approx. 2695 square meters) in 4 roof areas of the Cornwall Civic Complex as per the specifications herein.
The Cornwall Civic Complex is looking for a qualified supplier to complete the removal of existing roof composition and replace it with the new specified roof system, to the full intent of the drawings and specifications provided by Tremco.
Opportunity to View
An opportunity to view site visit has been organized where suppliers may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall be accepted from suppliers who do not attend the opportunity to view site meeting. Bids shall be accepted from suppliers who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting.
