KS26-224P Supply and Installation of Elevators for TDSB Accessibility ProgramThe Toronto District School Board (“TDSB” or “Board”), through issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”), invites qualified elevator vendors to submit qualifications and pricing for the supply, installation and maintenance of elevators as part of several planned accessibility upgrade projects throughout the School Board (“Accessibility Program”). Stage 1: Mandatory Requirements1. Current WSIB certificate of clearance.
Provide proof of insurance from an Ontario-based insurance company of the following coverage:
a. Commercial General Liability ($10m) with TDSB and General Contractor named as Additional Insured
b. Automotive Liability Insurance ($10m)
c. Contractor-s Equipment Liability Insurance (All Risks)
d. Installation Floater ($2m)Evaluation Criteria: Stage 2: Organizational Profile and Capacity 20 %Experience and Qualifications 15 %Supply and installation methodology 15 %Service Deliverables, Support, Reports and Response Time 15 %*Proponents must receive a minimum score of 75% in Stage 1 in order to proceed to Stage 2.
