("MAI") invites offers from Suppliers for the Supply and Install of Window Blinds - Vessels.Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) is seeking a supplier to supply, deliver and install new window blinds along with the removal and disposal of the old blinds on MV Blue Puttees and MV Highlanders with all work completed no later than March 15, 2026.RequirementsThe supplier must contact the Senior Chief Steward for each of the Blue Puttees and the Highlanders at the below contact information between the dates of October 7, 2025 and October 14, 2025 to arrange a date and time to board the MV Blue Puttees and MV Highlanders to measure the windows for the blinds. Measurements must be completed prior to October 17, 2025. Supplier is responsible to provide their own personal protective equipment when attending the vessels.Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, October 23, 2025.All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS.
