Description : SOUND RECORDING AND REPRODUCING EQUIPMENT CONSOLES, AUDIO MIXING FOR RECORDING STUDIO SUPPLY AND INSTALL AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBER TENDER CALL 2022-038 The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for supply and install audiovisual equipment for the municipal council chamber. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development department, located on the 2nd floor of Edmundston City Hall, via e-mail at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2022-78 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2022- 306), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price, in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act and the General Regulation - Construction Remedies Act, (OC 2021-273) including the requirement a Labour and Material Payment Bond in substantially the same form as Form 18 and a Performance Bond in substantially the same form as Form 1...
