Bidders may submit bids for any combination of Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, Part E, Part F, and/or Part G. The lowest compliant bid for each Part will be recommended for award; therefore, the Contract may be awarded to more than one Bidder.
OMVIC Registration: Bidders must be registered under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act. The City will not consider bids from any Bidder who is not specifically named as registered on the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) registry as of the Closing Date.
