Description:
Request for Tender for Supply and Delivery of Various Pick-Up Trucks and Vans for a 3 Year Period. City-s intent is to Place an initial order offer approximately 40 vehicles at time of award and future orders up to and including March 31, 2028.

Bidders may bid in whole or in part. The RFT will be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder for each part, meeting all required specifications for the following parts:

Part A - Compact Pickup (Hybrid) (Estimated quantity to be purchased Three (3)
Part B - Pickup Truck (EV) (Estimated quantity to be purchased Six (6)
Part C- ½ Ton Pickup, Crew Cab (Estimated quantity to be purchased One (1)
Part D- ½ Ton Pickup, Extended Cab (Estimated quantity to be purchased Five (5)
Part E - ¾ Ton Pickup, Regular Cab (Estimated quantity to be purchased Five (5)
Part F - 1 Ton Pickup, Regular Cab (Estimated quantity to be purchased Eight (8)
Part G - 1 Ton Pickup, Crew Cab (Estimated quantity to be purchased Seven (7)
