Description:
This tender is for an outright purchase of two, new tandem axle trucks with attachments; Specifications are outlined in pages 11-36. Pages 11-36 MUST be completed and returned as part of the bid submission, or the bid will be deemed non-compliant.
Suppliers must have a local service depot. Warranty service, parts and labour are to be completed at / delivered to 1225 Ontario Street with no service call charges, freight or mileage charges during the warranty period.
Bid price to be quoted F.O.B., Municipal Works Yard, 1225 Ontario St., Cornwall, Ontario.
Delivery should be on or before Oct 1st, 2025
Note:
(a) The City reserves the right to defer payment until all specifications are met, as described in Sections A, B, and C. (Pages 11 - 24)
(b) Prior to final acceptance, the completed unit will be subject to an operational test not to exceed five (5) working days.
