Detailed_Description : For Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Types of Fire Retardant Fabric Material
Scope of Work : The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the supply and delivery of two (2) types of fire retardant fabric material used to manufacture blankets and security products for inmate use within 25 Ontario Correctional institutions.The fabrics required are: •Item #1 - Fire Retardant 100% Polyester Blanket Material •Item #2 - 550 (+/- 10% tolerance allowable) Denier Fire Retardant Heat Set 100% Nylon Fabric (in 2 different sizes)The term of the Agreement is for five (5) years. Two (2) year initial term with three (3) additional extension terms of up to one (1) year each, at the Ministry-s discretion to extend.
