Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work is as follows: Supply and delivery of sodium silicate (the “Material”) to the following locations: Aurora Wells 1 & 4, (2 Waterwell Lane, Aurora), Sharon/Queensville Well No. 1 & 2 (2244 Queensville Sideroad, East Gwillimbury), Sharon/Queensville Well No. 3 & 4 (19780 Leslie Street, East Gwillimbury) and Ballantrae Well 3 (15400 Hwy 48, Whitchurch/Stouffville).MANDATORY: All Bids must be accompanied by: A certificate of analysis for the Material in a form satisfactory to the Region, they also must provide Material that meets all standards set by both the American Water Works Association (“AWWA”) and the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”) safety criteria standard NSF 60 and all subsequent revisions.
