Description:
This RFP will use a Multi-Category Decision (MCD) structure with two distinct submission categories: Category 1 - Mandatory: Hybrid System o Proponents must submit to this category. The Hybrid System must include pricing for racking systems that support both reusable and disposable caging solutions. Disposable solutions may include either fully disposable cages or disposable cage liners, provided they are compatible with the proposed racking system and meet CCAC requirements for biosecurity and microenvironmental control. Proponents must include pricing and specifications for each cage type or disposable liner proposed. Category 2 - Optional: Reusable System Proponents may optionally submit to this category. Submissions will be evaluated independently from Category 1. Each submission category must include complete documentation, even if some materials overlap across categories. At the conclusion of the evaluation process, one (1) Leading Proponent may be identified for each category.
