Description:
This project involves the Supply and Delivery of 24 Stacking Aluminum Arm Chairs, 5 Rectangular Flip Top Tables and 2 Square Flip Top Tables for the Glen Stor Dun Lodge (GSDL) as per the specifications. Suppliers must be from the medical / long term care (LTC) home sector as the GSDL is a municipally owned LTC home.
All bid submissions must include:
For each item - a design layout (including measurements of the item), brand name, model number, specification list, available colours/laminates, brochures and/or pictures. Delivery date from date of award for the items bid on (the vendor must notify the department in advance (min. 48-72hrs.) of the exact date and time of delivery. All dealer or manufacturers warranties.Unit prices submitted must include all costs associated with the supply, delivery and freight.
Delivery shall be to a loading dock; placement of items is not required.
