Description:
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2025-RFP-165 Supply and Delivery of a Remotely Operated Vehicle for the Niagara Regional Police Service, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is accepting proposals for the supply and delivery of a marine-based Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) that is fully compliant with the mandatory technical requirements included in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
The NRPS is responsible for patrolling various bodies of water throughout the Niagara Region, utilizing marine vessels and technology within the fleet. The intent of this RFP is to replace outdated technology with a new remotely operated vehicle to assist marine officers with their duties.
