Description of Work
The project involves the Supply, Delivery and Rental of Propane and Propane Cylinders in sizes of 33 lbs., 20 lbs., and 5 lbs., for various City of Cornwall departments and facilities, as per the specifications herein for the period of one-year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Requirements
Guaranteed satisfaction - return policy.A 100% fill rate is expected by the City of Cornwall. Continuous back ordering of the City-s requirements will be considered a violation of this contract and may result in the cancellation of the contract with the successful bidder.Weekly delivery service and monitoring of on-site cylinders at all City of Cornwall locations.Delivery of products “as required” if consumption rates increase during peak periods.All bid prices are to remain firm throughout the duration of the contract. Prices quoted are to include all charges, surcharges, fuel charges, travel fees, environmental charges and all costs associated with shipping must be reflected in the price. All prices are to be based on unit pricing and must not be contingent upon a minimum order quantity. Unit Price quoted per cylinder is to include cylinder rental fee. Successful vendor shall provide and install lockable cage for empty and full tanks to be stored at each location as presently in place now.
