Summary Details:
The City of Vancouver is seeking proponent(s) who are able to provide paving equipment. The City is interested in procuring Paving Grinders (Cold Planers) and various types of Paving Roller equipment. The City is interested in the immediate procurement of one (1) paving grinder (cold planer) and trailer, two (2) pneumatic tire rollers, three (3) tandem steel rollers (small and large), and three (3) combination rollers (small and large), with an option to purchase additional units during the term of the agreement as required. Details of the City's objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are responsive to this RFP ("Proposals") respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City's objectives and requirements.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proponents should submit their Proposals on or before the time and date specified in the bottom row of the table in Section 2.1 above (the "Closing Time").
