Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of various pandemic supplies for the City of Calgary.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The Agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) times for two (2) year each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
