Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Outerwear

Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) consists of the supply and delivery of Rainwear and Outerwear on an as and when required basis on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.

This contract will be for a two (2) year term, from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2027, with the option to renew for one (1) additional year upon written agreement by both parties.

OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.

SPECIFICATIONS
Rainsuits for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure requirements are as stated in the configurations listed herein. Only rainsuits which comply with the contract documents and have previously been approved by the Department, in writing, shall be considered acceptable for supply.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the compliant bid that meets the technical requirements detailed within the attached specifications and item description listed below.

Awards will be determined by the combination of product coverage, location coverage, and competitive pricing. To be awarded, bidder(s) must meet a minimum score of 40%. The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure will determine if a contract will be awarded to one or more vendors if additional coverage is required.

Evaluation Scoring Breakdown as follows:
50% - Pricing
25% - Product Coverage
25% - Location Coverage

Bidders are requested to bid on all items to be deemed compliant for award.
