Description:
The Town of Halton Hills is issuing this Request for Quotation for the supply and delivery of one ( 1) Hybrid Sedan, 2024 or newer, for our Parking Enforcement Division.
The successful vendor is required to deliver a fully pre-serviced, ready to operate vehicle with suitable components to comply with the specifications in all respects. The specifications list only the major details of the units. It is the Bidder's responsibility to deliver units fully equipped to Government specifications. Vehicle specifications are included as part of the Pricing Schedule attached to this Request for Quotation. Where minimums are specified, the vehicle must meet or exceed the capacity, size and performance specified.

All vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFQ which will enable the Vendor to download the RFQ, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Quotations electronically through the Bidding System.
