The specifications contained in the Bidding System are the requirements for a 4x4 Utility Work Machine (e.g. toolcat) with cab and dump box. Unit must have attachment auxiliary hydraulic capabilities and front loader arm capable of accepting quick-attach attachments. Bidders must be either a manufacturer or a factory-franchised dealer engaged in the business of selling and dealing the equipment specified.
All components and accessories to be new and factory installed.
Bids will meet all of the Specifications with the options specified, and Bidders will Confirm that the equipment they are bidding on meets or exceeds the specification and will be delivered as such. If necessary, Bidders should “Submit a Question” prior to the Deadline for Questions to ask if the specification can be revised by the issuance of an addendum.
