Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of New and Reman Alternators, Starters

Tender Details CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEW LEECE-NEVILLE ALTERNATORS, REMANUFACTURED ALTERNATORS, STARTERS, AND NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS.

Contract DOES NOT include rebuilt or refurbished products.

Genuine remanufactured products are re-engineered to like-new condition and meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Substitute brands for Leece-Neville will NOT be considered due to standardization by PNB and to ensure compatibility with existing components. Rebuilt or re-manufactured products will NOT be considered for Leece-Neville items. Units and parts are to be 100% new.

VENDORS ARE ASKED TO CAREFULLY READ ALL ATTACHMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INVITATION TO TENDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID.

For the purposes of this contract, the term PNB represents the Province of New Brunswick.

Effective December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027 with the option to renew for one additional year.

This tender consists of four groups of items for bidding purposes. Group 1 consists of alternator and starter units for a heavy-duty application for truck, bus and equipment. Group 2 consists of new replacement parts for alternators and starters. Group 3 consists of alternator and starter units for a light duty application for automotive and truck. Group 4 consists of new alternator units of the Leece-Neville brand.
