Description:
This Request for Standing Offer ("Solicitation") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Supply and Delivery of Medium and Heavy Duty Fleet OEM Parts as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B). The participating members of the Buying Group are: Government of Manitoba Manitoba Hydro-Electric BoardThe purpose of this RFSO is to obtain quotation from authorized Vendorsto provide Medium and Heavy-duty Fleet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts to Manitoba.In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian or non-US suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Manitoba will execute the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) on behalf of Buying Group Members. Each Buying Group Member mayexecute their Participating Addendum (Appendix D) with the successful Vendor(s) (Contract Vendor). The terms and conditions of the Participating Addendum(s) may vary by Buying Group Member.
