Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Medical Bags
Project Description : 1 - This RFP is open to all interested suppliers.2 - The City of Calgary (The City) and Calgary Fire Department (CFD) are seeking proposals for medical bags. The Calgary Fire Department (CFD) uses Medical Bags (bags) on all vehicles and require two bags to store and carry all medical response equipment. The majority of the medical equipment is kept in a large bag in a locker located on the outside of the fire vehicles. The remaining medical equipment including some temperature sensitive items such as an AED, other electronic tools, and medications must be kept in a smaller bag located in the cab of the apparatus. Both bags need to be easily decontaminated, as required.3 - This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4 - The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed, four (4) times for two (2) years each time, no more than ten (10) years in total.
