- This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of le Conseil des ecoles catholiques de Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des ecoles publiques de l-Est de l-Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), and itself, collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, is seeking core list pricing and discount off catalogue/website list prices for the supply and delivery of Library Supplies on a standing agreement “as and when required” basis.
Annual purchases of early education learning materials and teaching resources for the four (4) Boards from January 1 2024 to December 31 2024 was in the region of $55,000 with participation from approximately three hundred and twenty (320) sites with approximately 150,000 students. This amount is not representative of any guaranteed future volume of business and is provided for information only. The payment for the goods provided under the contract shall be based on the actual quantity of goods ordered and received, pursuant to the contract.
Although the Ottawa Carleton District School Board is coordinating this ITT, purchasing commitments will be made by each Board by means of individually issued purchase orders or written releases.
