Detailed_Description : Supply and Delivery of Leather Dress Belts and Leather Wallets
Scope of Work : The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of the following two (2) Categories: •Category 1 - Leather Dress Belts •Category 2: Leather Wallets (two (2) types)1.Leather Badge Wallets2.Leather ID Holders with Embossed Gold Logofor use by Ministry of the Solicitor General Correctional Services and Community Correctional Services staff and staff in the various Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) youth facilities and probation offices throughout the Province of Ontario on an as-and-when required basis.Term of the Agreement is five (5) years. Two (2) year initial term with three (3) optional extension terms, at the Ministry-s discretion to extend. Bidders may submit a Bid for one or for both categories. Bidders may but are not obliged to bid on both categories. Each category shall be evaluated and awarded separately. The Preferred Bidder(s) shall be required to enter into separate agreements with each of (i) Ministry of the Solicitor General and (ii) MCCSS for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached in Part 2 - Form of Agreement for this RFB.
