The following bidder questions have been received:

Q1: Our understanding of crimping equipment is a hose crimper unit and hose cutting unit. Can you please confirm this is correct?
A1: See attached photos of crimping equipment.

Q2: Who owns the current crimping equipment at each site?
A2: DTI owns 5 units, the remaining 15 units are vendor owned.

Q3: How many locations will require crimping equipment?
A3: At this time, no new crimping units are required.

Q4: If this contract is awarded to multiple distributors, will there be a requirement to supply crimping equipment at each site?
A4: No, DTI maintains one crimping unit per location. Should a location require a crimping machine, discussions will take place with vendors having been awarded a purchase order. After tender closing, a decision will be made regarding any locations that may require new crimping equipment.

Q5: How will purchases be made amongst the vendors if more than one contract is awarded? Will each site decide what awarded distributor they'd like to purchase hose & fittings from, and that successful distributor will supply the crimping equipment?
