REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS

The City has a need for the purchase and delivery of one (1) only 2025/2026 model Hybrid AWD (Gasoline / Electric) Compact Pickup Truck (similar to Ford Maverick size), and three (3) Mid-Size AWD (Hybrid Non-Plug-In) (Gasoline/Electric) SUV-s (similar to Ford Escape size).

The Goods are to have a standard road package that meets all legal requirements for operation on public roadways, including the BC Motor Vehicle Act, the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Act, Work Safe BC Regulations, and to be built in accordance with SAE standards. The Goods shall be delivered with a current Commercial Vehicle inspection certificate.

The City may consider Quotations that deviate to some extent from the Specifications if it proves to be in the best interest of the City to do so.

Contractor may submit multiple Quotations if several units meeting the preferred Specifications are available. A separate Schedule B - Form of Quotation should be completed in full for each Good.

Brochures or additional specifications may be attached as supplemental information.

ADDENDA

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (the “City Website”).
