Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of HVAC Filters for City of Calgary Buildings
Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendorsThe City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the supply and delivery of filters for HVAC air handling units for multiple Facility Management locations. These filters are different sizes, shapes and materials.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. it will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.The City intends to enter into up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.The Agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for three (3) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
