Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is inviting prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the Supply and Delivery of HVAC Air Filters. The Region uses a mix of MERV 8, 10 and 13 Filters, Internal Flow Flat Bag Filters and Custom Filters as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”)
MANADATORY REQUIREMENT(S):
BID DEPOSIT
Bidders shall submit a bid deposit in the amount of seventy-five thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) to act as security for the satisfaction of the conditions of award listed in Part D of Appendix A (RFT Particulars). The bid deposit shall be submitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) or wire transfer. Refer to Section C.1 of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A)
