Detailed_Description : This RFB is for the provision of two-piece Fireline Workwear for Wildland Firefighters and Fire Resistant construction materials that meet the Technical Standard.There is no guarantee of the volume of Fireline Workwear, or construction materials, to be ordered under this RFB. Actual demand will be determined at the sole discretion of the Ministry.
Scope of Work : The construction of Fireline Workwear, and the materials used to construct the Fireline Workwear, must comply with the following:i.the Technical Standard;ii.the MNRF Material, Design and Construction Specifications (refer to Appendix A - MNRF Material, Design and Construction Specifications for the Fireline Workwear); andiii.the MNRF Sizing Charts: refer to Appendix B - Fireline Workwear Pant Finished Measurement Chart; andAppendix C - Fireline Workwear Shirt Finished Measurement Chart.Note: “Technical Standard” means the National Standard of Canada for Fireline workwear for wildland firefighters bearing number CAN/CGSB-155.22-2014 and ICS Code 13.340.10, as published by the CGSB in May 2014 and reaffirmed in May 2019, including, without limitation, the most recent version of this technical standard, as may be amended, revised or reaffirmed from time to time, accessible using the following link: https://publications.gc.ca/collections/collection_2019/ongc-cgsb/P29-155-022-2019-eng.pdf;
