• Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer
  
  Tender Details SCOPE
  This invitation to tender consists of the Supply and Delivery of Fertilizer on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources, Provincial Forest Nursery.
  
  SPECIFICATIONS
  See attached Requirements.
  
  SUBMITTALS
  Certificate of conformance to specifications can be provided
  
  PACKAGING
  Fertilizer must be packaged in full plastic bags (not plastic lined paper) to withstand
  outdoor use.
  
  DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
  Bidder should deliver the goods on or before April 8,2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Shipping Address stated above. Deliveries thereafter this date may result in the cancellation of this order.
  
  The product will be unloaded on-site by the Department, with a forklift. Please ensure product is shipped on pallets in one (1) complete shipment. Bidder must contact Department prior to delivery.
  
  CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
  The intent of this contract is to award to the lowest compliant bid which meets the technical requirements detailed within the specifications of this document. Bidders should bid on all items to be considered an award.
  
  HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
  Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should not include taxes.
  
  When stating the 'Unit Price,' bidders MUST include delivery to the Shipping Address stated above and any additional costs and/or charges that may apply.
