Description:
The Town of Halton Hills is requesting submissions for the supply and delivery of Engineered Wood Fiber to various sites (generally within park playgrounds) throughout Halton Hills. This bid is divided into two (2) parts. Part A is for the traditional supply and delivery of surfacing, and Part B is for supply and install using blower tuck and compaction of Engineered Wood Fiber. The dates and times of deliveries will vary throughout the year based on the requirements of the Town.
Bidders are welcome to submit a bid for Part A - supply and delivery of Engineered Wood Fiber and, Part B - supply, and install using blower truck, and compaction of Engineered Wood Fiber, or both Part A and Part B. It is the Town-s intent to award Part A and Part B separately, to the lowest compliant Bidder(s) that meets the requirements and qualifications for this project.
All vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFT which will enable the Vendor to download the RFT, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Tenders electronically through the Bidding System.
